TVS Apache RTR 310 Design

The Apache RTR 310 has an aggressive streetfighter aesthetic, with sculpted lines for the thin body panels and an open appearance that shows off the bike’s internals and chassis. The bicycle has a bolt-on, lightweight aluminium subframe attached to a steel trellis frame. It has a split-type LED dynamic headlamp up front and a flat, wide, one-piece handlebar that gets brighter as the speed increases. The rear section is compact with a dynamic split-type tail lamp that flashes on heavy braking, while the saddle features a split-seat design.

The new Apache RTR 310’s cycling components include an upside-down fork arrangement with gold-finished outer tubes and a preload-adjustable monoshock connected to a swingarm at the back. The braking system consists of dual-channel ABS and petal-shaped discs at both ends, taken from the RR 310. On 17-inch eight-spoke alloy wheels wrapped in dual-compound Road 5 radial tyres, the RTR 310 is mounted.

TVS Apache RTR 310 Features

The TVS Apache RTR 310 has many features, some of which are segment firsts, which will appeal to most of you. This includes five riding modes (including a Supermoto mode that allows you to deactivate rear ABS), a climate control seat with heating and cooling (yes, you read that right), cruise control, and a 5-inch instrument TFT cluster that not only includes the usual navigation and smartphone connectivity, but also includes GoPro connectivity, voice commands, and intelligent helmet connectivity. In addition, it has a variety of electronic rider aids, including a slope-dependent control system that essentially regulates braking efficiency and vehicle posture when travelling downhill, cornering ABS, cornering traction and cruise control, rear lift-off control, and wheelie control. There is also a tyre-pressure monitoring device for those of you who occasionally forget to check your tyre pressure.

TVS Apache RTR 310 Engine

TVS Apache RTR 310 Engine

The same reverse-inclined liquid-cooled 312 cc engine as the RR 310 serves as the RTR 310’s powerplant. The motor, which can generate 35.1 bhp and 28.7 Nm of torque, is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch assistance. The engine is optimised more for low and midrange performance and has more power than the RR 310. The Apache RTR 310 has a top speed of 150 kmph and can go from 0 to 60 kmph in 2.81 seconds.
